At GE Appliances, we want you to shop with confidence! Our 30-Day Price Match & Price Protection Guarantee ensures you get the best value on your purchase from geappliances.ca.

How it works

  • Eligibility: You can request a price match up to 30 days after receiving your delivery.
  • Price Match: If you find the same GE Appliances product at a lower price from another authorized dealer, we’ll match that price and refund you the difference.
  • Requirements:
    • The item must be the same model number, brand new (not refurbished, used, open box, or floor model). The product must be in stock at the advertising Canadian dealer and must be for personal use.
    • The lower price must be in Canadian dollars.
    • The product must be sold by an authorized dealer and advertised on a public website or flyer (print or digital).

What You’ll Get

We’ll refund you the price difference to the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

What You Need to Provide

The exact URL of the lower price or a photo with the specified date of the flyer (digital or print).

Our Customer Service Team will verify the details before processing the claim.

Important Notes

This guarantee applies to the price of the product only. It does not cover taxes, shipping, installation, services like haul-away, bundle deals, or special promotions like "Buy More, Save More."

The policy does not apply to pricing errors, misprints, mail-in offers, coupon deals, discounts not publicly advertised and Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Week and Prime Day promotions.

The policy does not apply to prices coming from 3rd party sellers on a Marketplace.

You can submit up to 2 claims per order, no matter how many products are included.

All claims are subject to approval, and GE Appliances Canada reserves the right to make final decisions.

How to Make a Claim:

Gather the following information:

  • The model number of the product(s).
  • Your original order number from geappliances.ca.
  • Proof of the lower price (website link or photo of the flyer showing the exact model, price, and availability).
