Return within 7 Calendar Days and Receive Full Product Refund
The consumer may return an appliance for refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery date without any restocking fee. Service charges, such as delivery, haul-away, appliance installation, laundry stacking, pedestal installation and door swing reversal fees will not be refunded. The returned product should be returned in its original carton if possible. In the case where the carton is not available the consumer should pack it sufficiently to ensure it can be removed and transported free of damage. Please ensure all accessories are secured and sent back with the appliance. Returned appliances must be in re-sellable condition. A refund will be issued after the product(s) have been picked up and deemed re-sellable.

Return within 8-30 Calendar Days
Returns requested after 7 calendar days, but less than 30 calendar days after the delivery date, will incur a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned appliance. Service charges, such as delivery, haul-away, laundry stacking, pedestal installation and door swing reversal fees will not be refunded. Please ensure all accessories are secured and sent back with the appliance. Returned appliances must be in re-sellable condition. A refund will be issued after the product(s) have been picked up and deemed re-sellable.
