RETURN POLICY


Large Appliances & Accesories

Orders Delivered by MC Commercial

Return within 7 Calendar Days and Receive Full Product Refund
  • The consumer may return an appliance for refund up to 7 calendar days after the date the product is delivered to their home without any restocking fee. Service charges, such as delivery, haul-away, laundry stacking, pedestal installation and door swing reversal fees will not be refunded unless the reason for the return is determined to be an MC Commercial error. The consumer can return the product for any reason. Returned product must be NEW – meaning NOT used. If product is used, the return will be denied. The returned product should be returned in its original carton if possible. In the case where the carton is not available the consumer should pack it sufficiently to ensure it can be removed and transported free of damage. Please ensure all accessories are secured and sent back with the appliance.
Return within 8-30 Calendar Days
  • Returns requested after 7 calendar days, but less than 30 calendar days after the delivery date, will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless the reason for the return is determined to be an MC Commercial error. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the returned appliance. Service charges, such as delivery, haul-away, laundry stacking, pedestal installation and door swing reversal fees will not be refunded unless the reason for the return is determined to be an MC Commercial error. The consumer can return the product for any reason. Returned product must be NEW – meaning NOT used. If product is used, the return will be denied. The returned product does not have to be in its original packaging; however, it is consumer’s responsibility to pack the item or the carrier will refuse to pick it up.

  • All items being returned for a refund, must be in re-sellable condition - meaning not used. A refund will be issued after the product(s) have been picked up, received by our return facility and deemed re-sellable. If a product is received by our return facility and deemed not re-sellable (as it is used), we will provide notice to the consumer. Beginning on the date notice is given, the consumer will have 30 calendar days to make the necessary arrangements to have the product returned to them at their own cost. If the consumer fails to make such arrangements within this 30 calendar day period, MC Commercial Inc may dispose of the product in its sole discretion, without further notice, or compensation payable, and without liability, to the consumer.
No Returns after 30 Calendar days
  • If the 30 calendar days return period has passed, no product(s) will be accepted for returns. The consumer may schedule a repair online (fees may apply). For more information on warranty service the consumer can call 1-800-561-3344.
No Returns on Used Product
  • Used product cannot be returned under this policy regardless of the amount of time since delivery of the appliance to the consumer. The consumer may schedule a repair online (fees may apply). For more information on warranty service the consumer can call 1-800-561-3344.

Orders Picked Up by the Consumer

Return within 30 Calendar Days
  • If the consumer picked up their appliance from one of our warehouse locations and decide to return it for any reason (including concealed damage), they are responsible for bringing it back to the original pickup location. The consumer must request any return within 30 calendar days of the date they picked up the appliance. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, unless the reason for the return is determined to be an MC Commercial error, which will be deducted from the refunded amount of the returned appliance. The consumer can return the product for any reason. Returned product must be NEW – meaning NOT used. If product is used the return will be denied. The returned product does not have to be in its original packaging; however, it is consumer’s responsibility to pack the item for safe transportation to the warehouse. Please ensure to include all the original accessories.

  • Any return(s) determined to be MC Commercial error(s) will be approved for full refund.

Small Appliances

  • Note: Countertop Microwaves and Compact Refrigerators are not considered small appliances. Please refer to our large appliance return policy.

Parts

Returned part must be NEW – meaning NOT used or installed. If part has been used or installed, the return will be denied. The part does not have to be in its original packaging; however, it is consumer’s responsibility to pack the item or the carrier will refuse to pick it up.

No Returns after 7 Calendar Days

  • Items that were delivered to the consumer more than 7 calendar days ago cannot be returned.
  • Any return(s) determined to be MC Commercial error(s) will be approved for full refund.
